    We apologize but we don't offer customization of products.
  • Do you offer buy now pay later options like Affirm or Afterpay?
    Currently buy now pay later is only available through Paypal. Affirm and Afterpay is currently not available, but check back for future updates. Urbanmation is working to provide these options to you as soon as possible!
  • What is Urbanmation Apparel's return and exchange policy?
    RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PACKAGE Should your goods arrive damaged or defective please, within 24 hours customers will need to immediately take a clear picture showing the damaged goods, go to our Contact Us page, fill out the form, upload your picture and submit. We will do our very best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. If you have questions, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue via our contact page. Please report any issues encountered with a carrier to Urbanmation Apparel info@urbanmation.com. If you do not receive your package(s) please first check your tracking information for possible delays and status updates. If your tracking status is marked as "DELIVERED" by the carrier and you have thoroughly checked for your package, you are not able to locate it and you have contacted the carrier with no resolution and your package is deemed “lost in transit”, all claims must be submitted to us via our contact page no later than 24 hours from the date of delivery provided by the carrier. DISCLAIMER: Urbanmation LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items once purchase has been shipped. RETURNS RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS: Customers have 30 days from receipt of delivery to return an eligible** item. We do not offer refunds for store credit or exchanges after 30 days from delivery date. **For a return to be eligible (for store credit only), items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags and the hygiene sticker intact (if applicable). Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase. BACKPACKS, ACCESSORIES & SHOES: Items must be returned in new, unworn, undamaged condition with the original branded boxes and all included accessories (e.g., shoelaces, dust bags, etc.). Shoes must have been tried only on a soft, clean surface. Items must also be in the original packaging. ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE: *Any item(s) that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged by the customer (items may be tried on for fitting purposes only) *Swimwear * Intimate/personal garments * Personal use accessories * Gift cards * Downloadable software products (if applicable) * Some health and personal care items (if applicable) *DISCLAIMER: RETURN PROCESSING TIMES MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS FROM START TO FINISH. TO START THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS: If your items meet the above requirements and you would like to request a refund for store credit or exchange please return your product to the return address found on your packing slip or order receipt included in your shipment. DISCLAIMER: The listed addresses are to be used strictly for returns/exchanges only! Customers will be responsible for returning item(s) at their own expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and will be shipped as quickly as possible. If you are shipping item(s) valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. QUALITY REVIEW FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES* Upon receiving returned item(s) at our return facility, we will examine and/or test the items to ensure it satisfies the relevant return requirements mentioned above and is eligible for a refund for store credit or exchange. We reserve the right to reject the return and decline to provide a credit or exchange if our evaluation reveals that the returned item is not eligible for a return or does not comply with the above-mentioned return requirements.   • What countries do you ship to?
    Currently shipping to: 1. The US 2. Europe 3. The UK 4. EFTA states Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland 5. Canada 6. Australia/New Zealand 7. Japan 8. Brazil 9. Worldwide We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus The Gaza Strip region in Palestine Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North Korea Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities. Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023): Afghanistan Belarus Greece Israel Italy Laos Macao Mexico Myanmar Niue Russia Sudan Syria Ukraine Yemen The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.
  • Why is next day or overnight shipping not available?
    All items are created especially for you when your order is placed, which requires more time to deliver it to you. However orders are shipped and delivered as soon as possible. Please note some items may be shipped separately to prevent unnecessary delays.
